Shipping Locations
Custom Drop Cloths currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days after artwork approval and payment have been received. Production times may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity, weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
All shipping charges are calculated in real time by our shipping carriers during checkout. We do not add handling fees to standard shipments.

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and available service options.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are supplied by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Large Orders and Freight Shipments
Large-volume orders may require freight shipping. If freight service is necessary, a member of our team may contact you to confirm shipping details before the order is released for production or shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Photographs of the damage may be required to process a claim with the carrier.
